General Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop forelskdig-shop.com, Avanta Network LTD

The following terms and conditions are written in German and may be saved by the customer. Upon request, they can be provided in digital or written form by emailing support@forelskdig-shop.com.

Introduction

forelskdig-shop.com, operated by Avanta Network LTD, maintains the website at www.forelskdig-shop.com for commercial purposes. On this website, the company offers products for sale over the Internet, primarily eBooks (electronic books), webmaster tools, websites, and web projects.

1. Product Selection

  1. Customers have the opportunity to select and order products via the website mentioned above.

  2. A detailed product description is provided for each item on the respective product page.

  3. Customers can click on the desired products, which are then added to a virtual shopping cart. At the end of the shopping process, a summary of the selected items and the total price will be displayed.

  4. Before submitting the order, forelskdig-shop.com, Avanta Network LTD gives customers the opportunity to review and, if necessary, correct their order—particularly regarding price and quantity.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Avanta Network LTD, Suite 9, 186 St Albans Road, Watford, WD24 4AS, service@forelskdig-shop.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
According to § 312f para. 3 BGB, Art. 2 No. 11 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (VRRL), digital content is excluded from the right of withdrawal. Digital content includes data that is created and provided in digital format, such as software, music and video downloads (including streaming), files sent via email, apps, online games, or eBooks not delivered on a physical data carrier.

3. Prices

  1. The listed prices at the time of the order, as displayed on the website, apply.

  2. All prices are final. No VAT is charged due to small business exemption in accordance with § 19 para. 1 UStG.
    No shipping fees apply, as all eBooks are sent by email.

4. Contract Conclusion

  1. The offers on forelskdig-shop.com are non-binding. forelskdig-shop.com is not obligated to deliver if the product is unavailable. A binding contract is only concluded once the customer’s order has been confirmed in writing by forelskdig-shop.com.

  2. forelskdig-shop.com is entitled to deliver goods of equal quality and price if the ordered product is unavailable, and the customer has given prior consent in the order form.

5. Contract Fulfillment

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Please note that some banks may delay processing times, which may also delay delivery. forelskdig-shop.com is not responsible for such delays.

Shipping for eBooks
No shipping costs are incurred, as all eBooks are sent as PDF files via email.

6. Payment Terms

  1. forelskdig-shop.com only delivers against prepayment.

  2. All prices are final. VAT is not charged due to small business exemption (§ 19 para. 1 UStG).

7. Force Majeure

  1. If forelskdig-shop.com is unable to fulfill its obligations due to force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters), it is released from its obligation for the duration of the hindrance.

  2. If delivery or fulfillment is impossible for more than one month due to force majeure, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

8. Data Protection

forelskdig-shop.com, Avanta Network LTD complies with all relevant data protection regulations, particularly the provisions of the German Teleservices Data Protection Act (Teledienstedatenschutzgesetz).

9. License Terms

License Conditions

  1. All products available on forelskdig-shop.com are offered to end-users with resale rights. Neither the publisher/author nor forelskdig-shop.com claims a share of the revenues from these resales.
    The minimum resale prices stated in the respective licenses must be observed.

  2. Marketing Graphics (Covers) and Sales Pages / Landing Pages
    Each product with resale rights includes one or more promotional graphics (JPEG/PNG format). All graphics are the intellectual property of forelskdig-shop.com, Avanta Network LTD or their authors.
    Buyers (licensees) acquire only the usage rights to sell the product to end customers. Resale of the graphics or their use for any other purpose is prohibited and constitutes copyright and license infringement.

This restriction does not apply to products with a Master Reseller License or PLR (Private Label Rights), in which case resale of the graphics and sales/landing pages is permitted.

10. Final Provisions

  1. The contract language is German.
