Right of Withdrawal

By clicking the button "I have acknowledged the right of withdrawal" during the purchase process, I as the buyer expressly waive the statutory withdrawal period, provided I receive my item(s) as a download.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Avanta Network LTD, Suite 9, 186 St Albans Road, Watford, WD24 4AS, support@forelskdig-shop.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

According to § 312f (3) BGB, Art. 2 No. 11 of the Consumer Rights Directive (VRRL), digital content is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Digital content refers to data that is produced and provided in digital form. This includes software, music and video downloads (including streaming), files sent via email, apps, online games, or e-books, provided they are not delivered on a physical medium.
